类风湿关节炎患者在阿达木单抗维持治疗期间

本文报告一例系68岁女性，患有类风湿关节炎（RA）继发肺间质性改变，在阿达木单抗维持治疗期间发生间质性肺疾病急性加重。予患者糖皮质激素冲击治疗后病情稳定出院。通过对患者血清进行免疫印迹分析后发现在本例RA患者间质性肺疾病急性加重期期间IL-1β出现循环裂解现象。同时还发现，Nod样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3等炎症复合物参与RA相关的间质性肺疾病急性加重过程。
